This course will teach you evidence-based ways to tap into your inner pharmacist, surgeon, and psychologist.

My friends asked me how they can apply the principles in my book DOCTOR YOU to their own lives. The focus of the book is to change the way people think about their bodies, their health, and medicine. I’ve designed a wellbeing programme where the focus is on actually doing things that will generate immediate noticeable benefits. There are two versions of the Doctor You Wellbeing: the CORPORATE WELLBEING PROGRAMME, and the ‘NEW DOCTOR YOU 8 WEEK HAPPINESS AND WELLNESS COURSE‘ for individuals.

The course is designed for busy people, and just takes a few minutes per week. The course will help you improve the way you think about your health and body, the way you treat yourself, and make you healthier in mind, body, and socially.

The WORLD HEALTH ORGANISATIO notes that physical, mental, and social health are all connected. Recent research show that this is evidence-based. You can’t have a healthy body without a healthy mind, and you are much better off with good connections to other people:

  • Physical health of an individual includes their diet and exercise. The Doctor You Wellbeing Programme helps people choose a goal in this area that is specific to them.
  • Mental health of an individual in this course is focused on learning practical relaxation techniques for busy people and neutralising neutralising unproductive negative thoughs and replacing them with healthier ones.
  • Social health of the individual includes learning ways to connect with people in a meaningful way.
